TAXES + DUTIES

Prices do not include VAT and/or customs duties, which will be paid by the customer on receipt. Send us an e-mail to contact@sook-paris.com for more information.

RETURN

Sook Paris has a 14-day return policy. Returns must be shipped/postmarked within 14 days of receiving the garment(s) and accessories. Once we receive your return, we will notify you and process your refund. Refunds may take up to 7 days to process after receipt by our Marrakech workshop.

All goods must be returned in their original, unworn, unwashed condition, with labels intact.

HOW TO RETURN/CHANGE A GARMENT

To return an item for exchange, credit or refund, please follow the steps below.

1. Be sure to contact contact@sook-paris.com

with your return/exchange request. We will confirm receipt of your e-mail and provide you with instructions on where to ship your return.

2. Place the item(s) in the original shipping container.

3. Call/drop off your local delivery service to arrange pick-up or return, return is the customer's responsibility.

Declare a low value on all returns and provide us with tracking information.

FINAL SALE

All merchandise discounted 10 % or more is a final sale. No exchanges, cancellations or returns will be accepted on final sale merchandise. No price adjustments on past purchases.

All guidelines apply to both in-store and online purchases.

EXCHANGE AND CREDIT

We allow exchanges + credit for all online purchases. All exchanges must be mailed/shipped within 14 days of receipt of garment.

If you wish to exchange one item for another, you must first return the original item and then place the exchange order with us. If the exchange order has a lower value than the original item purchased, we will refund you in accordance with our usual returns policy.

You can also choose to receive your refund in the form of a SOOK PARIS credit note, which will allow you to purchase a replacement item quickly and easily via our website.

All returned goods must be in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, unstained, with labels intact.

We reserve the right to refuse credits if the returned merchandise does not meet the requirements of our return policy.

FOLLOW-UP

After shipment, you will receive a shipment confirmation with a tracking link to receive up-to-date information about your shipment via DHL.

LOST PACKAGE

If you believe your parcel is being held / lost, please contact us so that we can make an official complaint to the respective delivery company. Please note that a parcel must be more than 14 working days late before we can make a formal complaint. If a parcel has been lost, most delivery companies have the right to allow 3 months from the date of complaint before a refund is made.

IN TREATMENT

Return shipping costs for returns/exchanges are the responsibility of the customer. Please note that return shipping costs will not be refunded.

CANCELLATIONS

Orders placed online may be cancelled within 24 hours of the order date and time. All cancellation requests must be sent by e-mail to contact@sook-paris.com within 24 hours.
